Small team, permanent faces. No agency staff - ever.
Continuity of staff is the single biggest factor in placement stability. We hire carefully and we keep our people.
At Lilly House, the same people show up day after day. We do not use agency staff for core shifts. Every child placed with us is known by name by every member of the team within their first week. This is by design.
The people responsible for Lilly House
Every child placed with us will be known by name by these three people within their first week.
Tracey Brydson
Responsible Individual
tracey@newpathcare.orgTracey founded New Path Care with a single goal: to build a home that a child would remember as the place things started to get better. She knows every young person at Lilly House by name and is directly involved in every placement decision.
Marie Kerr
Registered Manager
marie@newpathcare.orgMarie manages the day-to-day running of Lilly House and holds overall responsibility for the quality and safety of care we provide. She leads the staff team, oversees safeguarding practice, and is the named contact for placing authorities.
Lee Hough
Deputy Manager
lee@newpathcare.orgLee supports the day-to-day management of Lilly House and plays a key role in the development and wellbeing of our care team. He is a consistent, dependable presence for both staff and the young people in our care.
Work with us
We hire carefully and we hire for the long haul. If you want to do this work in a small, well-supported team, we want to hear from you.
Want to meet the team in person?
Visits to the home prior to placement are welcomed and encouraged.
